The Solar Spot 7 Installation Steps.
Level the unit – drive tie-down metal stakes thru the metal support base into the ground. Use concrete around tie-down stakes if necessary.

Run 3/4″ Red and Blue PEX water lines w/ foam insulation thru the 4.0″ PVC pipe to the house or business.
Cut necessary holes either in the floor or wall closest to the hot water heater. Run sufficient wiring from unit thru 4.0″ PVC pipe to the area around the hot water heater. Mount control boxes on the wall close to the hot water heater and connect the wiring as required.
If there are no leaks, fill in the trench as necessary. Set the controller as required and let system warm up.
This completes the installation.
A typical clothes dryer uses an electrical heat element to heat the air temperature up to 150 degrees. The Solar Spot 7 could provide the same heat energy through a heat exchanger just like a car heater core. By installing a small heat exchanger and pumping heated water trough it, (some of the refrigerator evaporators fit perfectly into the heat chamber of a dryer), heat can be extracted into the dryer to dry clothes. To add more function to the clothes dryer, dual heat chambers could be mounted and a selector between electric or solar could be added. That would allow continuous function with the added feature of savings.
The renewable energy of the Solar Spot 7 could also provide carbon free energy for heating and cooling of a residential home. Adding a cascaded system with an additional water storage tank could provide supplemental heat for any heating system. By adding a heat exchanger into duct work, heat could be extracted and used to heat a house.
It could also provide supplemental cooling. Absorption refrigeration systems have been used for decades to provide cooling for different applications where conventional power is unavailable. Those refrigerant systems use liquid to gas, separation, and back to liquid, pressurized closed loop systems that use heat energy for the conversion process.
